Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as intimates or sanitary goods, drinkware, or gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

For BOSU and Theragun products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please use the information provided under Shipping to move forward with the return process.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@fitbod.me and send your item to:

For BOSU products, please email shop@fitbod.me your order number and what BOSU product you'd like to exchange. We will contact our BOSU distributor who will determine the best course of action for your exchange.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

For BOSU products, please email shop@fitbod.me your order number and what BOSU product you'd like to return. We will send you an authorization to include in your return. You will then mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

For Theragun products, returns are accepted within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Please reach out to Theragun's Customer Experience Team via email at info@theragun.com. Once they receive your email, a member of their team will provide you with a Return Authorization Form to complete and send back to them. The form must be included with your return. Please keep in mind, we don’t cover the shipping cost for the returned device. We advise that you hold onto your tracking information as we’re not responsible for lost packages by the carrier.

Once we receive the return device to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process a refund.

Once we issue a refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect in your original method of payment.

All orders US orders must ship returns to Long Beach, California, USA. Exact return addresses will be provided by our customer experience team during the return process.

Please note all returns must include a Return Authorization Form. We must receive the items within 30 days of purchase.
